The Indoor Balcony is the final level K location from Chapter 3 of Bendy and the Ink Machine.
Background
The room contains two locked restroom doors, a Little Miracle Station, and fifteen Bendy cutouts. There is a staircase leading down to the other room where the elevator is located.

Chapter 3: Rise and Fall
Twisted Alice first sends Henry here to find the machine boxes, and later to destroy the Bendy cutouts while avoiding Ink Bendy at the same time.
Piper can also spawn in this location when Henry starts completing tasks for Twisted Alice.
