Beast Bendy is the alternate, monstrous form of the Ink Demon takes as the final boss of Bendy and the Ink Machine, and later makes a comeback in Bendy and the Dark Revival as a playable character.
Overview
Physical Appearance
This powerful, ferocious form of the Ink Demon has a much muscular build and almost entirely ink-black in color. Compared to his original form, the shape of this monstrosity is almost symmetrical. While still having absent eyes, his enlarged head lost a lot of cartoonish traits with a wide mouth having complete rows of fierce sharp teeth, along with sporting filthy brown gums, longer slim horns, four-fingered clawed hands, and broader blade-shaped spines on the back. The bow-tie and left glove on his hand are absent. His body structure and movements appear to be modeled after gorillas, in that both move by knuckle walking, and using their hands to slamming the ground.
In Bendy and the Ink Machine, his shoulders are stretched and bulky, sporting a long nail on each both elbows, a chest covered with needle-like thorns, and as well surprisingly large arms with gnarly hands each possessing four clawed fingers and two holes, reminiscent of the style of the original Bendy's gloves. His lower body is much smaller than his upper torso, as his legs and lower chest are thin and lanky. His feet, however, are changed while still being asymmetrical; his right foot sporting three toes while the left is even further underdeveloped, so much it is nothing more than a stubby spike.
His appearance in Bendy and the Dark Revival does not change much, but his lower body is now properly developed and he can actually walk/stand on his legs, without having to walk around on his fists (although he still moves by knuckle walking). His body is also now a lot larger and more muscular.
Behavior
Beast Bendy attains a more ferocious animal-like behavior with his movement and strength, and his fighting techniques seem to be similar to that of gorillas. He is extremely powerful, being able to fling Henry through a wall with a swat of his arm and also smash through walls easily.

In Bendy and the Ink Machine, Beast Bendy moves by knuckle-walking with his massive arms, which are needed due to his small, deformed legs. His ability to spread ink-masses on his surroundings is absent, however he is still capable of teleporting through randomized walls at a faster speed. He will have a pattern for moving across the maze that can be seen with the Seeing Tool. Henry will die in a single hit if trampled by Beast Bendy.
In Bendy and the Dark Revival, Beast Bendy is able to walk on all fours and exclusively on his legs for a short period of time, (due to his lower body being more developed). The ability to make ink appear is still absent. Beast Bendy behaves more intelligent through the game due to the Ink Demon's mind being more developed and also due to also being partly controlled by Audrey. Beast Bendy can now speak, with both the voice of the Ink Demon and the voice of Audrey.
History
The first time The Ink Demon changed into this form was in 1946 during the studio confrontation. The Ink Demon's first transformation into Beast Bendy was when killing Daniel Lewek by means of bisecting him with his teeth and then drowning him in the ink along with himself.[1]
In-Game Appearances
Bendy and the Ink Machine

The Ink Demon will transform into Beast Bendy near the end of Chapter 5 during the encounter inside the throne room. He then backhands Henry, building a huge hole through the wall.

Starting the encounter, Henry pushed in a maze full of corridors, which the beast himself will be charging through. Without weapons, Henry is defenseless against Beast Bendy. Using the Seeing Tool, Henry can see arrows depicting the path to follow. Hugging the walls also allows Henry to dodge Bendy's ramming. If Henry is standing in the middle of a hall and Beast Bendy hits him, he is instantly killed. Henry's objective is to pull all four levers located in the room. Doing so results in a door opening, revealing a path to the next area Henry is headed to.

Henry now finds himself in the ink-pumping station, a room with four giant pipes that ink flow through. There is a valve attached to the wall, and as Henry turns the valve, Beast Bendy appears behind him. To escape Bendy, Henry has to lure him towards each ink pipe and make him ram into it, shattering the pipe.

After shattering all of the pipes, the lights will go out briefly. When they turn back on, Beast Bendy will have disappeared. Henry continues through the now opened door, leading back to the throne room. He inserts the "The End" reel into the projector next to the throne. Beast Bendy will then appear behind Henry and prepare to attack him, but is then distracted and harmed by the "The End" displaying from the projection screens surrounding him. Realizing this, Bendy attempts to remove the reel only for a bright light to push him back as he crawls toward his throne. This eventually causes him to dissolve, finally ending his life as Henry is sent to Joey's apartment home.
Bendy and the Dark Revival
After Audrey & the Ink Demon merge, the latter first takes control by killing Joey Drew & tossing him to the ink pool. Audrey then takes control as she picks up the "The End" reel & starts going to the projector room while attacking Searchers, The Butcher Gang, and multiple Lost Ones. Allison, Tom, Porter, the Lurker, Heidi, & Henry come to her aid, while she was being taunted by Ink Bendy. Sammy Lawrence briefly appears, preaching Beast Bendy’s coming and calling out for all to submit to him, only to be shot dead by Allison with the Tommy Gun. Once there, Audrey puts the reel in one of the projectors and the projector shines on their face resetting The Cycle.
Trivia
- Beast Bendy is faintly similar to the design between the Marvel character Venom and the Xenomorph alien from the movie Alien. It is also similar to William Alex Ryan‘s design of The Ink Demon used in the unrelated song "Brothers in Arms". In fact, Ryan actually saw this design and was speechless upon realizing the resemblance, even going as far as to comment "I think we may have predicted Bendy’s design!".
- Incidentally, Beast Bendy's Bendy and the Ink Machine design really looks like Monstrous Black Hat.
- Beast Bendy's design also bears a resemblance to the monster from Stewie's nightmare in the Family Guy episode "A Lot Going On Upstairs".
- Beast Bendy's early Bendy and the Ink Machine concept art shows that his teeth resemble Bendy's but slightly crooked and less sharp. He also has fully developed, symmetrical feet.

- In Bendy and the Ink Machine: Chapter 3, using the Seeing Tool inside the living room of the Safehouse, the white marks in the shape of longer Bendy horns and a pair of massive clawed arms will be revealed around the Bendy clock, referencing Beast Bendy. This supposedly acts as a foreshadowing.
- In Bendy and the Ink Machine: Chapter 5, if hacking is used to look behind the throne during The Ink Demon's transformation into Beast Bendy, it can be seen that the former's model simply sinks beneath the floor whilst the latter's comes up to replace it.
- In Beast Bendy's unused idle animation from Bendy and the Ink Machine, his teeth clip through his head.

- In the following scene after the battle, where Henry visits Joey at his apartment, Beast Bendy can be seen in Joey's drawings, from a couple of scenes such as where he battled Brute Boris and crushing the "The End" cartoon reel with his bare hand.
