Robert Joy (born August 17, 1951) is a Canadian actor, producer, writer and composer who played Col. Stevens in the 2007 film Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem. Other notable films Joy has appeared in include Atlantic City (1980), Ticket to Heaven (1981), I'll Do Anything (1994), Land of the Dead (2005) and The Hills Have Eyes (2006). Aside from his work in film, Joy has had an extensive career in television. He is perhaps best-known for his role as Dr. Sid Hammerback in the crime drama series CSI: NY (2005-2013).
