A Xenomorph Queen was the leader of a hive of Xenomorphs on the planet Ryushi. It eventually established a hive in the human commercial freighter, the Lector.
She was eventually killed by Machiko Noguchi after its head was decapitated by the doors of an escape pod that she and Predator Dachande had boarded.
Biography
Origin
The Ovomorph that would eventually come to birth the Ryushi Queen was itself born from a different Queen aboard the Yautja Mother Ship, Ne'dtesei. The prior Queen had been captured by the Yautja and her eggs were harvested for the purpose of being used in initiation hunts for young Un-blooded hunters.
Yautja Leader Dachande would eventually choose the planet of Ryushi to conduct his initiation hunt with a pack of Un-blooded. As a result, several eggs were loaded up onto the Lou-dte kalei pod and jettisoned into the planet's surface.
Eventually, the Eggs would hatch, and the emerging Facehuggers would use the local Rhynth livestock of the human colony Prosperity Wells as their hosts.
Infestation within Prosperity Wells

Eventually, the Xenomorphs secretly established a hive within the interior of the commercial freighter, the Lector, that had recently landed in Prosperity Wells for the colony's first Rhynth export shipment. Lector pilots Scott Conover and Tom Strandberg would eventually encounter the hive, and be seized and impregnated.
After the disappearance of colonist Collins, administrator Machiko Noguchi personally investigated the Lector only for the hive to be unleashed onto Prosperity Wells, plunging it into chaos as the Xenomorphs began attacking human and Yautja alike.
With the colony subsequently evacuated, Machiko would go on to ally herself with Dachande, who was previously incapacitated and restrained by the humans. The two use a tractor to ram-raid into the Lector hive, crashing into the Queen and briefly immobilizing her as Machiko frantically attempts to access the barge navigational instructions, intent on crashing the Lector's barge onto the colony and destroying the hive. Enraged, the Queen re-emerged and attacked Dachande who guarded Machiko, mortally wounding him. Machiko subsequently saved Dachande by shooting at the Queen and escorting the Predator to the escape pod.
Death and Legacy
Still alive, the Queen forced itself into Machiko and Dachande's escape pod; it grabbed Dachande, but its hand was severed by the latter, and she was subsequently decapitated after Machiko initiated an emergency launch.
In the aftermath of the infestation, Machiko chose to stay behind on Ryushi, mantling the Queen's head over her new home. She would later bring the Queen's head with her aboard the Shell after being recruited by the Yautja Leader Top-Knot into his clan.
