- "We don't know that the Captain's dead, Torrenson...Or Rook. If we can find out where these...things are hiding, we have a good chance at getting our people back. So get your shit together and let's come up with a plan. We've got to do something!"
- ―Park to Torrenson (from Aliens: Dead Orbit)
Park was a crewmember serving aboard the fuel depot Sphacteria orbiting the gas giant Pylos. She and her fellow crewmates faced a Xenomorph infestation after an encounter with a mysterious vessel.
Park was presumably killed by the two Xenomorphs shortly after a fatal collision caused extensive damage to the Sphacteria.
Biography
Encounter with the unmarked vessel
- "Nothing fancy. Profile shows plenty of unliscenced mods, but that's not so strange this far out in wilderness space. Max crew: eight. Got an ass on her though, lot's of cargo room. My guess is they're salvagers."
- ―Park regarding the vessel (from Aliens: Dead Orbit)
With an unmarked vessel approaching the Sphacteria, Captain Hassan attempted to contact the ship, but to no success. Park identified that the ship was an old company freighter sold at auction to a private buyer. She also informed Hassan that the ship contained Hypersleep chambers, and that the crew of presumed salvagers may still be in stasis. Communications Officer Rook was less than enthusiastic, believing that they may be pirates. Hassan suggested that he, Park, Wascylewski, Harrow and Torrenson take a shuttle to the ship and investigate.
After boarding the vessel and exploring its interior, Park and her crewmates eventually located its hypersleep chambers, where they found three humans in cryosleep - twin males and a female. Following Hassan's instructions, Park and Wascylewski attempted to bring the vessel's crew out of stasis. However, a rupture of the coolant tanks set the three humans in stasis ablaze. Park and her crewmates managed to evacuate the victims from the freighter to the Sphacteria, where she and Harrow attempted medical treatment.
Infestation
- "Let's load up the shuttle with all the supplies we can carry and lay low in the scavenger's ship! Shit, Rook put the word out to headquarters before he got greased...Rescue oughta be coming as soon as they get the message!"
"And how long will that take? Three months? You want to spend three months in that floating coffin?!" - ―Torrenson and Park (from Aliens: Dead Orbit)

In the med bay aboard the Sphacteria, Park restrained the female salvager from the unmarked vessel, who was in a delirious state, whilst Harrow sedated her. Park and Harrow remained with the three sedated patients in medical while the rest of the Sphacteria crew departed for the comms room.
Later, Park called Hassan for assistance as the twin male patients suddenly began seizing. The rest of the Sphacteria crew returned to the medical room just in time to witness two Chestbursters birth from the seizing twins. Park and the others stared in silence as the infant aliens escaped into the depths of the Sphacteria.
Shortly afterwards, Park left Harrow behind in the med bay to assist the rest of her crewmates in locking down the Sphacteria. During the process, Hassan was captured by one of the Xenomorphs, now fully grown, and Park, Torrenson, and Wascylewski fled to safety. She opposed Torrenson's subsequent proposition to escape to the unmarked scavenger ship and await rescue, arguing that Hassan and Rook were potentially still alive. Park subsequently led Wascylewski and Torrenson back to medical, to check up on Harrow.
Confrontation with the salvager
- "The twins. Your crew. They're...Fine, okay? We woke them up too. Just let the doc go and we'll go see them."
- ―Park to the Female Salvager (from Aliens: Dead Orbit)

Upon returning to the med bay, Park and her crewmates found that the surviving scavenger had taken Harrow hostage, demanding the whereabouts of her own fellow crewmembers. Park attempted negotiations, lying to the scavenger that her crewmates were still alive, and pleading with her to release Harrow. In a failed surprise attack, Torrenson inadvertently revealed one of the male scavengers' corpses, by stumbling into the cubicle curtain that had been drawn around his hospital bed. The scavenger brutally sliced Harrow's throat and flung him at Park, making a run for the shuttle bay during the commotion. Park held Harrow during his death throes.
Park, Torrenson, and Wascylewski pursued the scavenger to the shuttle, but were too late to prevent her from boarding. However, her escape proved unsuccessful, as she neglected to unhook the umbilical tethers. From the shuttle bay viewport, Park and the others watched as this mistake caused the shuttle to swerve back around on itself, ending in an explosive collision with the Sphacteria.
Death

With the Sphacteria badly damaged and burning, Park, Torrenson, and Wascylewski ran to the cargo bay. There, Wascylewski retrieved a case of mining charges, and outlined his plan for their survival. The sudden appearance of one of the Xenomorphs split the group: Torrenson fled alone, while Park and Wascylewski retreated to the observation deck.
As Park and Wascylewski approached their destination, still pursued by the first alien, the second Xeno unexpectedly burst out of a floor grate, incapacitating Park. As Wascylewski helplessly called out to her as the bulkhead door closed, the twin Xenomorphs grabbed Park. She was either killed, or taken to their hive to be cocooned.
Personality and Traits
In contrast to Torrenson, Park was an optimist that remained level-headed throughout the course of events, and did not easily succumb to panic. Park's optimism was exemplified by her belief that Hassan and Rook were alive, and could still be rescued, an outlook neither Torrenson nor Wascylewski shared.
Park was assertive and possessed an instinct towards leadership, traits proven by her no-nonsense dismissal of Torrenson's proposal to evacuate the Sphacteria, and by her assumption of control in the hostage situation involving Harrow.
Trivia
- In her introduction, Park held a coffee mug baring the phrase "Eat the apple, fuck the corps". This is a reference to Aliens, specifically Mark Drake, who had a similar phrase written on his combat gear.
