Monica Enright was a serial killer in the late 22nd century and was a Xenomorph test subject in the early 23rd century.
Biography
Early life
Monica was born on Earth circa 2159. She had grown up shy and introspective, as her parents had raised her to be compliant.
In 2180, while attending college, she met Timothy Hoenikker and they started dating during the first two years.[1] Monica had loved Hoenikker unconditionally and spent as much time with him in college as she could, such as in concerts and at a library.
Eventually the relationship had become unhealthy as she was always compliant, no matter how much Hoenikker had done wrong. The lack of conflict prompted Hoenikker to leave her. In addition, because of his fears that she would become pregnant and his aspirations of being a scientist would be lost.[2]
Life as a killer
At one point, Monica changed her surname to Russel and in 2189 she had a son.[3] At some point Monica killed the man she was with for his money and found that she enjoyed killing, causing her to go on a murder spree until she was finally arrested for murder aboard a Weyland-Yutani space station.[4]
She was sentenced to life in a prison colony, doing dangerous terraforming work. In 2202, she was offered a deal by Weyland-Yutani in exchange, she would have to willingly become a test subject[5] for their Xenomorph research at Pala Station. Monica was chosen for this due to her AB blood type. Feeling guilt for the horrific acts she committed, she accepted.
Reunion
At Pala Station, she was labeled as Test Subject #3 and was placed inside a containment unit with an egg in cryostasis.[6] There, she was reunited with Hoenikker, now a Weyland-Yutani scientist. Hoenikker recognized her and with some help from the staff, he was able to talk to her. Monica confessed to him why was she there and told him that he should not regret anything because, in the end, he could have become her first victim.[4]

Death
By the time of the implantation, Monica had already accepted her fate, sitting in the containment unit with disinterest on what was about to happen. Monica was injected with a dose of an irradiated pathogen, which was also injected into the egg. When the egg opened and the facehugger attached to her, Monica merely sat at the back of the containment unit, not resisting like the other test subjects.
Once the facehugger had detached and she regained consciousness, Monica tore her shirt off before the chestburster emerged from her, Monica didn't die immediately, managing to live for almost thirty seconds longer after it had burst.[7]
Legacy
Monica was the host for Three, a dangerous mutated Xenomorph that was taller and tougher than typical human spawned specimens. This Alien would be encountered by the Fireteam and killed after taking a substantial amount of gunfire.
Personality and traits
Monica Enright was a blonde woman. She was introspective and always eager to please, she made dinner all nights and was always smiling. Hoenikker mentioned her kisses tasted like candy as she was always eating them. She became a serial killer when she translated the idea of a man begging for his life into a way of momentarily pleasing them and in turn this pleased her. When brought to justice for the crimes she committed on her murder spree, she was offered to be a test subject for Xenomorph research and solemnly accepted rationalizing the decision as a proper punishment for what she had done. Her love for Hoenikker even after the fact they had broken up had never died and she was thankful that he wasn't her first victim, showing some, although small, signs of empathy.
