Walkthrough
- Talk to the electrician in Krasnoznamenny (he is in the power plant)
- Talk to Alexander Sablin in the Bunker in Krasnoznamenny
- Talk to Mambetov in Peregon (ship)
- Go to the caravan section of Peregon, look for a truck with a red skull on it and talk to the man in front of it. Agree to travel with him to Krasnoznamenny (ensure you are well fed)
- Fight the robbers (360 EXP) or pray for them to die (1060EXP Luck 10 check).
- Talk to the electrician (109 EXP)
- If you do not take the 700 Rubles, you will get 202 EXP instead
- Talk to Alexander Sablin in the Trade House Bunker of Krasnoznamenny (109 EXP)

Notes
The guard at the elevator to Krasnoznamenny bunker asks for 7000 Rubles in order to grant the cadet access the first time (or half with a successful Speechcraft check). However, after the completion of the Elections in Otradnoye, the invitation extended by Ivan Ivanovich will grant the same access for free.
