Nectar is a recurring healing item that has appeared in nearly every Atelier game to date. It is known for being used in the game for reviving K.O.'d allies, this item can be made somewhat early in the game after the player obtains the recipe for it.
Mana Khemia

Nectar is one of the first of few KO recovery items that Vayne can synthesize. It's able to revive a fallen character with little HP.
Once synthesized for the first time, this will trigger a scene where Pamela gives Vayne advice about using paint thinner to clean things besides paint due to it having a stronger solvent power than water, allowing Vayne to make Black Liquid. Wanting to compliment Pamela for how knowledgeable she was, Vayne innocently tells her she has "Grandma's words of Wisdom", only for Pamela to think that Vayne was calling her old. Despite Vayne trying to explain, Pamela says that they need to have a one-on-one chat with each other, followed by her laughing mischievously afterwards.
Atelier Rorona
- "Rich-tasting drink made by fermenting various ingredients. It has a ton of stimulants, so it's not recommended for young children. "

The recipe for Nectar can be found in a recipe book obtained from Nabel Lake. It is used to bring a KO'd character back to life during battle. When Rorona's HP gets too low in battle, it may also automatically be activated to restore her HP.
Low quality Nectars can be purchased from Pamela's store. Higher quality Nectars made by the player can be registered at Tiffani's using the Wholesale option. Pamela and Gio may ask for Nectars during one of their Friend Quests. Esty may also ask for these as part of her available Front Quests.

- "A drink with a light red color. Injured or knocked-out people wake up instantly upon drinking this. It's powerful, but people are worried about side effects."

Atelier Meruru
- "A stimulant known as "God's drink" in ancient times. It can revive KO'ed folks, and some people, especially students, use it to stay awake."

Nectar is one of the first KO recovery items that Meruru can create. Depending on the traits and quality, it will be able to revive a character with very little, moderate or nearly full HP.
It is relatively easy to make because of the readily available materials needed. During the "Stimulant" development quest, Meruru will need to deliver enough Nectar to Hart Outpost during it's development. Meruru is also required to use 5 in battle for the "Medium Healer" royal quest. Gio will sometimes request this from the tavern.
