Over Cyclone (オーバーサイクロン Oobaasaikuron?) is a Wind- and Dark-elemental altered arte exclusive to Kongwai Tao in Tales of the Rays.
Arte Description and History
Kongwai conjures a giant tornado shrouded in darkness that slowly travels forward. This arte is the master arte to Kongwai's Cyclone, replacing that arte when it is used as the fourth or later action in a chain or during Burst Limits.
