Oslo is the capital of Norway.[1]
History
In 1986, Dr. Irina Petrov was supposed to die in an explosion in Chernobyl; Ukraine. Sara Lance then killed her in Norway at the capital of Oslo, in order to completely reset the timeline.[2]
