David Ramsey

David Paul Ramsey (born November 17, 1971) is an American actor. He portrayed John Diggle/Spartan/Green Arrow in Arrow, along with appearances as the character in The Flash, DC's Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl, and Batwoman. He also portrayed Clifford DeVoe as John Diggle in The Flash, Bass Reeves in DC's Legends of Tomorrow, and John Diggle in Superman & Lois.

Ramsey was set to reprise the role in Justice U (and act as director), had the show not been cancelled.
