Dave Buell (died March 14, 1991) was a friend of Julio Mendez that wanted to prove Wayne Cotrell's innocence.
Biography
Early life
At some point, Dave become friend with Julio Mendez and Wayne Cotrell. At some point, Dave started playing trumpet for the Take Five club.
Death
On March 14, 1991, after stilling a tape that confirms that Linda Lake is alive, he tried to call Julio but his friend Barry Allen answered the call instead. While giving him the message to Barry to tell Julio to meet him at Take Five, he is strangled to death by Whisper. Later, his corpse would be identified in the morgue by Julio.[1]
