Anne's tennis racket is a recurring object and one of her melee weapons in Amphibia. It is a pink tennis racket used by Anne Boonchuy for tennis at her school back in Los Angeles, California, USA, Earth. It since has been used as a weapon by her, even after being given a sword from Tritonio in "Combat Camp". It seems Anne didn't pack all of her stuff (including the racket) inside the Plantar Farm before leaving Amphibia at the end of the episode "True Colors", with much of it being shown during the events of "Turning Point".
As Anne left Amphibia for good during the episode "The Hardest Thing", her racket was left behind and placed next to Marcy's crossbow and Sasha's pink heron sword on the cliff where the girls went back home.
Owner and abilities
Anne likely received the racket after joined the varsity tennis team at her school. Though originally unintended as a weapon, Anne has been shown to be skilled at using it as one. In "Flood, Sweat & Tears", Anne uses her racket to knock out burrow bugs which had infested the Plantars' vegetable crops. In "Toad Tax", Anne uses it to fight the South Tower toad soldiers Bog, Fens and Mire who arrived in Wartwood to collect taxes, though it was shown to be moderately harmful against them. Anne was also shown to be adept at wielding her racket and her sword at the same time featured in the same episode.
Appearance
The racket is pink, white, and black with a white striped handle, and a green smiley face fastened at the balance point. The string is white complimenting the overall color contrast of the racket, with a green smiling face attached to the string.
