The Vegas Round of Season 6 of America's Got Talent took place from July 5, 2011 to July 6, 2011, in Las Vegas. A total of at least 78 acts auditioned. 48 acts proceeded to the Quarterfinals, and at least 30 acts were eliminated.

Process
Each act voted through to the Vegas Round by the judges after its audition was categorized into one of three groups. The first group consisted of 10 acts that progressed straight to the live shows without performing in Las Vegas. The second group consisted of "Judges' Favorites" acts, acts considered by the judges to have the greatest chance to move onto the live shows, but who had to perform in Las Vegas again before the judges could make a final decision. The third group consisted of "Standby" acts, acts considered by the judges to have a lesser chance of moving onto the live shows, and thus would perform in Las Vegas for any spots not taken by the Judges' Favorites.
