The Leaf is a limited ultra-rare food item in Adopt Me! that was released on August 4, 2022, and was removed on August 18, 2022. It could be found in the Butterfly Sanctuary and players were able to purchase it for 
899. It can be used to obtain a Yellow Butterfly (Rare), a Scarlet Butterfly (Ultra-Rare), or a Purple Butterfly (Ultra-Rare). There is a 60% chance of obtaining a Yellow Butterfly, a 37.5% chance of obtaining a Scarlet Butterfly, and a 2.5% chance of obtaining a Purple Butterfly.
The Process of Taming a Butterfly
In order to tame a butterfly, the player must first equip the Leaf from their inventory. After doing so, the player may click anywhere on their screen to open the Leaf. After it is opened, the player will receive either a Yellow Butterfly, Scarlet Butterfly, or a Purple Butterfly. However, when the Butterfly Sanctuary was in game, the player would have to go to the Butterfly Sanctuary and equip the Leaf. Then, the Leaf must be clicked on. The Leaf would be thrown, and a butterfly would be tamed.
