The Highland Cow is a limited ultra-rare pet in Adopt Me! that was added to the game on January 5, 2023.
It was obtainable by buying it for 
2,000 at a stand outside the Nursery, along with the Nessie. As the stand has now left the game, it can now only be obtained by trading.
Appearance
The Highland Cow features a tan body with four dark brown feet. It has a small yellow beard, head fur, and tail tip. On its face, it has a lighter snout with two dark brown nostrils.

The Mega Neon Highland Cow glows in the same areas as the Neon Highland Cow, except those areas cycle through the colors of the rainbow.
