Effects
- Fists and knuckles deal 10/20/30/40/50 % more damage to entities, and 20/40/60/80/100 % more damage to blocks.
- Attacks with fists or knuckles cost 8/15/20/25/25 % less stamina.
- Power attacks with fists or knuckles cost 15/30/40/50/50 % less stamina.
- Tier 1: Attacks with fists or knuckles to the head permanently prevents a zombie or animal from causing Infection through melee attacks.
- Ranged attacks such as an Infected Police Officer's vomit can still carry a chance of infection.
- Tier 2: Power attacks with fists or knuckles have a 30% chance to stun enemies.
- Killing blows with fists or knuckles restore -/-/10/20/30 points of stamina.
- Power attacks to the head with fists or knuckles have a -/-/20/30/30 % chance to knockdown an enemy for 4 seconds.
- Tier 5: Power attacks to the head with fists or knuckles have a 20% increased base chance to dismember.
- The following items are 3/5/7/9/11x more likely to appear in item containers, trader inventories and as quest rewards:
