Idris Elba

Idrissa Akuna "Idris" Elba, OBE (born September 6, 1972) is an English film, television, theatre actor, singer, DJ, and rapper. He voices Chief Bogo in Zootopia.

Career

Elba is best known for his role as Russell "Stringer" Bell in The Wire from 2002 - 2004 and currently stars as John Luther in Luther since 2010.

He portrayed Heimdall in the Thor franchise, Avengers: Age of Ultron, and Avengers: Infinity War, as well as Stacker Pentecost in Pacific Rim. He also voiced Shere Khan in the 2016 live-action film adaptation of The Jungle Book, Fluke in Finding Dory, and Knuckles in Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
