The Torrent Robe is an Outfit that can be crafted at Madame Couture's at a cost of one Fresh Kelp, one Hytopian Silk, one Aqua Crown and 600 Rupees. It becomes available for purchase after clearing the Forest Temple. Wearing the Torrent Robe doubles the radius of the water pillars produced by the Water Rod.
