The Super NES Classic Edition, also known as SNES Classic or SNES Mini, is a small-scale emulator-based version of the Super Nintendo Entertainment System with twenty-one pre-installed games, released in 2017 (original console was 1991), meant to be novelty item and a modern way to play older titles without an original Super NES.[1] It was manufactured and released by Nintendo for a MSRP of US$79.99.[2] The Super NES Classic Edition is also famously known for being the first offical release of a Nintendo game of the Star Fox series unreleased for the original Super NES console, Star Fox 2 (which was cancelled though actually completed). It is the successor of the NES Classic Edition.
The Legend of Zelda Games
Since the SNES only featured one Zelda title, the only The Legend of Zelda game included in the Super NES Classic Edition is A Link to the Past.
