Location and Uses
Obsidian Torches are a type of Torch that aid Cadence, Link, Yves, and Zelda in navigating caves and dungeons by lighting up dark areas and clearing stumps out of their path.[1] The amount of visibility they offer depends on the hero's beat combo, increasing with each consecutive hit against an enemy and resetting when the combo is lost.
They can be found as loot from red Treasure Chests or bought from a Shopkeeper for 40 Rupees.
