The Guard Notebook is an item in Phantom Hourglass.[1]
Location and Uses
If Link returns the Kaleidoscope to Hoiger Howgendoogen, a member of the Ho Ho Tribe and its rightful owner,[2] he will give him the guard notebook in return, which he found floating in the ocean.[3] Link must take it to Nyave aboard the Traveler's Ship in the Southwestern Sea, who had been looking for it after he had lost it.[4] In return, Link receives the Wood Heart, which should be taken to the Old Wayfarer.

- The symbol on the front of the Guard Notebook slightly resembles the Sheikah Eye Symbol.
