Dark Rats are enemies in A Link Between Worlds.[1] They are the Lorulean Counterparts to Rats.
Characteristics
Dark Rats appear mainly in Lorule Dungeons such as the Thieves' Hideout, but can also be found in Hyrule in the Desert Palace, as well as Caves. They act just like normal Rats, however, they feature yellow skin and purple eyes. Dark Rats have twice as much health and can be defeated with any weapon. If Link is hit by a Dark Rat, he will take double the damage taken from a normal Rat.
