Chillfin Trout can be caught by Link in the waters of the Tabantha Frontier and Hebra Mountains. The Coral Reef in Zora's Domain also sells them. They can be eaten raw to restore one Heart to Link's Life Gauge. Similar to other trout, Chillfin Trout become Roasted Trout when exposed to Fire and Frozen Trout when chilled by Ice. When Cooked, Chillfin Trout provides Heat Resistance.[1]
