The Soul Sword was a weapon given to Toy Chica at the episode The Soul Sword 3 by The Artifact. This sword can hurt and kill Shadow Freddy and his minions. The Artifact gave this as a weapon to keep the balance between Nightmare's side and Toy Chica's side. The Soul Sword requires sacrifice to be created. (but that rule was circumvented due to Nightmare killing Toy Chica's close friends) The first soul gives its shape, the second soul gives physical strength, and the third and last soul gives the full power.
