Usui, unnamed in the English version, is a character in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's. He is identical in appearance to Itokawa.
He is an inmate at the Facility and serves as one of Bolt Tanner's goons. He tends to praise Tanner and make excuses when Tanner's opponent's in Duels get the upper hand.[2][3]
