"Rose Dragon" (ローズ・ドラゴン Rōzu Doragon) is an archetype of Dragon monsters used by Akiza Izinski in the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime. Although some of its members have existed for a time, no proper supports were given until the release of Duelist Pack: Legend Duelist 4. All of this archetype's members are DARK monsters, except for the FIRE "Black Rose Dragon" and "Ruddy Rose Dragon".
Design
"Rose Dragon" are Dragon monsters of varying ages, adorned with floral features of different color rose species.
Playing style
The archetype focuses on Synchro Summoning both Plant and Dragon Synchro Monsters, along with controlling the field.
