- This card can be searched by "Quick Booster", "Spell Calling" and "Mecha Phantom Beast Jaculuslan".
- Even in formats where "Mystical Space Typhoon" is Limited, "Dust Tornado" and "Twister" are generally more reliable because they do not require your opponent to control a set number of Spells/Traps (and can also destroy their Field Spell Card). However, unlike "Twister", this card can destroy a Set Spell/Trap, and unlike "Dust Tornado", does not have to be Set first.
