Tyson Ngo[citation needed] (born: May 5, 2001 (2001-05-05) [age 23]), better known online as TenZ, is an Canadian[citation needed] Twitch streamer, gaming YouTuber and professional eSports player. He and Sentinels, a professional eSports organization, won the first ever global Valorant championship, the VCT Masters 2 Reykjavík, where he was crowned MVP of the series.[1]

TenZ mainly creates Valorant Gaming Content. In June 2021, TenZ was featured in Riot Games's Clutch V2: Animated VALORANT Frag Film with other popular North America creators.[2]

Personal Life

TenZ was born in Vancouver, British Columbia on May 5, 2001. He is half Vietnamese and half French.[3] He is engaged to fellow YouTuber and Valorant Twitch streamer kyedae, who announced her engagement with TenZ on August 16, 2022.[4] He has started gaming since an early age. When he was 15, he attended his first LAN event called Fragadelphia in Philadelphia. One of his team mates told his mom he has a future in gaming, so his parents have been supportive. TenZ used to compete in CS:GO under Cloud9 but switched to compete in VALORANT under Sentinels. He likes beef, anime, keshi music, Schoolboy Q and dislikes corn.[citation needed]

  • He likes anime, especially Hunter X Hunter. He used to cosplay Rem from Re:Zero in a 2018 stream.[16] It became a hot topic.
  • He likes keshi music. A fun fact is that keshi is one of the only three accounts TenZ follows on TikTok.[citation needed]
