Yoshikazu Nagai (Japanese: 永井良和; born: September 15, 1980 (1980-09-15) [age 44]), better known online as REDALiCE, is a Japanese musician and DJ. He is an expert on several music genres, such as Japanese hardcore (J-CORE), Gabba, House, and Trance. His nickname "REDALiCE" originated from his notable red-themed dress code. He has previously disguised himself as "DJ ALiCE" with his red wig.

He is mostly known as a founder of J-CORE music and event brand HARDCORE TANO*C in Japan. He also created another doujin music brand named ALiCE`S EMOTiON in his personal music activity for the Touhou Project. In addition, he accompanied Masayoshi Minoshima (Japanese: 簑島正佳) in the creation of another indie music unit known as RAMM for the light novel OVA Nyaruko: Crawling With Love (Japanese: 這いよれ! ニャル子さん).

He is mostly active in live performances such as ANIMAX MUSIX in Japan, Anime Expo in Los Angeles, Anime Central in Rosemont, and Crossing Delta in Korea, as well as providing music for Taiko no Tatsujin, GROOVE COASTER, and Konami's BEMANI series.

In 2019, his music brand HARDCORE TANO*C was invited by Japanese game producer Tatsuya Yokoyama (Japanese: 横山達也) to be part of the music development team for an arcade music game WACCA by Marvelous AQL. Since his initiation into the WACCA team, he has changed his music work announcement platform from his personal channel to the HARDCORE TANO*C brand channel. As of this issue, he and his brand were confirmed as official artist and certified notability by YouTube officials.
