Lloyd Leonard Ahlquist[1] (born: January 18, 1977 (1977-01-18) [age 48]),[3][4] better known online as EpicLLOYD, is an American[2] internet personality who is best known for co-creating the YouTube channel and webseries Epic Rap Battles of History alongside NicePeter.[5]

Content

On his channel he created the series "Dis Raps for Hire", which featured Lloyd taking a user-submitted comment asking Ahlquist to lyrically "destroy" or insult another person that is bullying or harassing the user.[6]

Comedy & Theater

Lloyd is the former General Manager and Artistic Director of M.I.'s Westside Comedy Theater. He also studied at UMass Amherst and later trained in Chicago at The Second City, Improv Olympic and Annoyance Theatre. He was one of the founding members of Mission IMPROVable, and continues to perform with the group weekly in their show "The Grind".

Key & Peele

Lloyd appeared on the Comedy Central show Key & Peele as a rap battle host on the shows first episode of the third season.
