Blue Yoshis Are variations of Yoshi that appear in multiple Yoshi games. A villainous Blue Yoshi is Boshi. He wears Pink Boots.
Games
Super Mario World
In Super Mario World, Blue Yoshi can have wings if he eats any color shell of a Koopa Troopa. There are two ways to obtain a Blue Yoshi, one way is to go to Cheese Bridge (World 4-1) with Red Yoshi, Yellow Yoshi or Yoshi. Then near the halfway point, there is a box with wings inside. If you make the Yoshi touch the wings, Yoshi will fly up, when he does, he'll turn into a Blue Yoshi. Another way is to go to Star World (level 2) and feed the Baby Blue Yoshi that comes out. Once he's eaten five enemies (or one power-up) then he'll grow into a fully-grown Blue Yoshi.
Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
In Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, he's the least used Yoshi. He's found in the eighth level of each world except World 6.
Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars
A Blue Yoshi named Boshi appears in this game.
Yoshi's Story
In Yoshi's Story, he is a choice of Yoshi that you can pick at the character selection screen. His favourite fruit are Grapes. He now has pink shoes, which is now his current design.
Mario Party
He and Pink Yoshi are separated by a whirlpool which the player rebuilds in Yoshi's Tropical Island, a board in Mario Party Superstars too which has Red Yoshi and Yellow Yoshi replacing Pink Yoshi.
Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3
Exactly the same as in Super Mario World 2, except he has his pink shoes from Yoshi's Story.
Yoshi's Island DS
He's found in the eighth level of each world again, except for World 5.
Yoshi's New Island
Same as Yoshi's Island DS and the original Yoshi's Island game, he's in the last level of all worlds save the last world.
New Super Mario Bros. Wii
