Springdale Five-YO: Episode 2 - The Ransom (Japanese: 太陽にほえるズラ！　第二話「誘拐」, Taiyō ni Hoeru Zura! Dai-Ni-Wa "Yūkai), Yo-kai Pandle (Japanese: 妖怪ぶようじん坊, Yōkai Buyōjinbō), and Yo-kai So-Sorree (Japanese: 妖怪一旦ゴメン, Yōkai Ittangomen) is the 30th episode of the Yo-kai Watch anime series. It was broadcasted in Japan on August 8, 2014, and in the United States on August 4, 2016.

Summary

Komasan and Whisper investigate a ransom. Nate's mom is inspirited by Pandle, after Nate finds out that she left the door unlocked. Nate gets inspirited by So-Sorree, pulls pranks on the students, and feints apologies.

• The poster for the movie My Samurai Bodyguard is a reference to the famous and iconic umbrella scene in My Neighbor Totoro.
• On the DIRECTV television listings, the first segment is incorrectly spelt as "Springdale Five-0".
• In the Korean dub, the ぶ (bu, short for Pandle's Japanese name) symbol was painted over.

Dub Differences

• The part where Nate's pants was unzipped, which showed his underwear, was edited out.
• The burning flame on So-Sorree was changed from red to purple for unknown reasons.
