Hosho (宝生, Hōshō) is a character featured in Yakuza: Like a Dragon as the main antagonist of the Management minigame storyline. He is the chairman of Hosho Conglomerate.
Background
Hosho had tricked Eri Kamataki into making poor business decisions in order to make her company lose its value and eventually close down.

Hosho initially dismisses Ichiban Kasuga as a mere thug who cannot stand up to him. He send his lackeys to shut down Ichiban Confections.
Hosho is unable to beat Kasuga, and as soon as the latter's company becomes #1 in Yokohama, Hosho's underlings confess to his crimes.
