Red Fuji Soba 270 mon One of our more popular dishes. The spiciness boosts the taste of the meat and the soba, and boosts the appetite, too.
Curry Katsudon 270 mon Our katsudon takes inspiration from Western-style breaded cutlets, as does the curry sauce it's served with.
Red Ginger Tempura Soba 350 mon This bowl is topped with red ginger tempura, making it surprisingly refreshing for fried food. The perfect way to end a night of drinking.
Croquette Soba 360 mon A truly unique soba dish with a Western flair. Enjoy the delightful combination of noodles, meat, and fried potato.
Tempura Soba 430 mon Hot soba topped with vegetable tempura. Also served with an egg, which we recommend breaking and mixing into the broth. A favorite recipe of ours.
Special Fuji Soba 400 mon Hot soba topped with tempura flakes, deep-fried tofu, egg, and fish paste.
Niboshi Ramen 390 mon A unique, new soba dish made with techniques from the mainland. The dried sardines used for the broth give it a tantalizing complexity.
Katsudon 460 mon Our signature bowl features fried pork on a bed of rice, topped with egg and special sauce. Prepared with a Western technique.
