Tranc is an NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna ~ The Golden Country. He is a Tornan shopkeeper who can be found at Formide Shopping Ward in the Kingdom of Torna. He runs the Capital Weapons shop.
Tranc offers no quests, but his Community can be gained by speaking to him after completing A Rare Sense of Justice.
