Totoma

Totoma is a NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. He is a Nopon from the Nopon Caravans who is found at the Namba Mound Camp in the Dannagh Desert after the DLC Quest Champion of the Nopon has been completed.

After completing the quest Going Full HD, speaking to Totoma will allow the party to upgrade their HD Ether Cylinders+.
