Phina is an NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles X. She is located at Division Drive in the Administrative District. After Chapter 6 is completed she can be found at West Ciel Sandsea in Sylvalum although it isn't possible to talk to her here, after getting to a certain part of Dirk's mission Predator and Prey, she will be located in Sylvalum's Secluded Lava Lake. After said mission is completed it will possible to find her at West Melville Street in the Commercial District during the night. She is a member of the Harriers Division.
