Izzi is an NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. He is a Gormotti child who can usually be found in Torigoth; he encounters and is accidentally electrocuted by Electra at the start of her Blade Quest, Go for it, Electra!. While the quest is ongoing he can be found in the Galad Residential Zone in the Gormott Province, although he is initially met at Torigoth Market and is later rescued at Koorell Pool.
