Hirkham is an Ardainian in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. He can be found at the Goldmouth Return Port in the Argentum Trade Guild. Paying him the 15 Gold mooring fee in Chapter 1 counts towards Perun's Level 2 "Key Affinity Reward".
Hirkham originally hails from the Empire of Mor Ardain, but moved to Argentum due to the combination of work opportunities and failure to join the Ardainian army. At some point, he attempted to resonate with a Core Crystal but lacked the aptitude, and he was rendered unconscious for five days.
