Hexen is a NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 who can be found in Colony 11.
Overview
Hexen is part of Colony 11's supply unit alongside Branden under Easel. She displays many psychopathic tendencies, such as insulting and degrading the party without prompt, pathological lying to rope the party into helping with Easel's hunt, and openly threatening to kill both Easel for working her too hard, and Melia simply to attain power. She was a part of the elite Antares Squad of the Keves Castle guard in the past, along with Zoren, Branden, and Rattlejack. During her time in the guard, she was known as Hexen, the Atrocious, due to her torturing her own allies with glee, most notably Sitre, resulting in her being discharged and sent to Colony 11.

Hexen is a Quest Exclusive Boss. She is a Keves Soldier who is fought at level 66 in the Colony 11, Training Pit at Syra Hovering Reefs during Festival of War.
