Growing is a DLC Merc Mission in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It can be received in the Leftherian Archipelago automatically after clearing the mission Seeding. The time required to complete this mission is 30 minutes, but it can be reduced down to 7 minutes by dispatching Blades with the "Agronomy" and "Keen Eye" Field Skills.
It uniquely awards more Trust Points than other normal Merc Missions.
