Clemens is an NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna ~ The Golden Country. He is a Tornan soldier who can be found at Auresco's Sachsum Gardens in the Kingdom of Torna.
Clemens gives no quests; his Community is gained upon reaching the main quest checkpoint that requires Community level 4.
