Charlet is an NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna ~ The Golden Country. She is a Tornan who can be found at the Fabri Industry Ward in the Kingdom of Torna, and was apprenticed to a glassmaker named Tarres before he was killed in the attack on Torigoth.
She gives the quest Passing the Torch, upon completion of which her Community is gained.
