Cedwyn is an NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. He is a Gormotti gardening enthusiast who can be found in the Grodd Residential Zone of Torigoth. He must be spoken to during Artificial Blade Parts 2 and Nature Boy.
Cedwyn offers no quests or Merc missions.
