Carsten is an NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles 3: Future Redeemed. He is a City Survivor who can be found near Zalmor's Falls on the Aurora Shelf, and moves to Colony 9 upon being rescued. Carsten's Community is gained after rescuing 5 City survivors and talking to him twice.
