Biffteen, also known as No. 15, is a NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. He is a member of Colony 0 and can be found at Li Garte Prison Camp after In Search of a Home.
Overview
Biffteen is a talented engineer, who is often shut in inside of his Ferron Unit. Other members of Colony 0 are perplexed by his behavior, but Biffteen genuinely cares for their safety.
