The Xbox Watch was a cancelled project that was originally worked on by Microsoft in 2013. The device was worked on by the teams that created the Kinect and was planned to be used with the sensor and other Xbox accessories.

The watch was eventually scrapped as Microsoft shifted work to other projects.

Features

The watch included a 1.5-inch touch screen display, and removable bands[2]. The watch included features such as heart rate monitoring, GPS tracking, and built in work out routines[3].

User interface

From various leaked images, it can be seen that the Xbox Watches UI looks a lot like the interface of the original Xbox One Dashboard. Applications are displayed on tiles just like on the Xbox One.
