Halo 4 is a first-person shooter developed by 343 Industries and published by Microsoft Studios exclusively for the Xbox 360. It marks the fourth mainline installment and seventh overall in the Halo franchise. The game was released on November 6, 2012. On November 17, 2020, Halo 4 was ported to PC as a part of Halo: The Master Chief Collection.
