Gears 5 is a third-person shooter video game developed by The Coalition and published by Xbox Game Studios for Windows 10 and Xbox One. It was released on September 10, 2019 and was also a part of the Xbox Play Anywhere program. It is the sixth installment in the Gears of War series, it is the sequel to Gears of War 4.
